Reader Stories: Thanksgiving Dessert Memories

When I was growing up, we didn't have Pumpkin or Mincemeat Pies for Thanksgiving Dessert. Mom and I could never agree... She liked Mincemeat (I didn't) and I liked Pumpkin (and she didn't). Sweet Dad would go either way, if we'd let him. But, we never let him, and we either had to have an Apple or a Pecan Pie that day.
