Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 20 ounce can pineapple slices
- maraschino cherries
- 8 servings can refrigerated cinnamon rolls or orange rolls (discard icing)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place butter in iron skillet or round cake pan. Place in oven. Once melted, remove pan from oven. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter. Spread out 8 slices of pineapple in pan. Place 1 cherry in center of each pineapple slice. Place one unbaked sweet roll on top of pineapple slices. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until rolls are browned. Immediately, invert on serving platter. Serve warm.
