Answer: These days everyone is looking to make healthier desserts and breads. The best way to do that is to make them with nutriently rich natural super foods like nuts (tree and peanuts) instead of artifical chemicals. According to United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA's) National Agricultural Library nuts are chocked-full of nutrients like Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats, protein, fiber, calcium, iron, maganesium, zinc, copper, folate, vitamins C, B, A, K and so on.

*Note: Not all nuts offer the same nutrients. Check the USDA's website for specific information on nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, macadamia, peanuts, hazelnuts plus many more.
