Question: Why is Cinnamon considered a Super Ingredient?
Answer: For me just the smell of cinnamon brings back warm and fuzzy memories of home. More importantly, there are studies that have shown that adding cinnamon to your diet can lower your cholesterol, help regulate insulin production and help retard bacterial growth.
