Ingredients:

  • Shortcake
  • Strawberry Ice Cream
  • Strawberry Preserved
  • Whipped Cream
  • Strawberries

Preparation:

Place shortcake on dessert plate. Top with Strawberry Ice Cream. In small microwave-safe bowl, heat 1/4 cup strawberry preserves. Spoon warm preserves over ice cream. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
