Here is a list of fun desserts, and other treats, perfect to take on a picnic.

These Ultimate Brownies definitely are my number one choice for a picnic. They're tall, chocolaty, not at all dry and they don't need to be frosted. More Brownie Recipes.

2. Blueberry Pie

Pies just say "Picnic" to me. Perhaps I'm a bit old fashioned, but a slice of my favorite pie, Blueberry, sitting under a shady tree sounds great to me. Of course if you prefer any baked pie will do such as a Granny Smith or a Pecan.

3. Chocolate Cake

You know this chocolate cake won't make it home after putting it up on the picnic table for all to see. More Chocolate Cake Recipes
Of course, there are cupcakes, too.

Just the smell and that criss-cross pattern, make these cookies perfect for a picnic. Peanut Butter not your favorite? Look here for many more cookie recipes.

This Lemon Poppy Seed Cake is one of my favorite Bundt cakes. Bundt Cakes are one of the perfect picnic cakes. Since most of them have a dense pound cake texture, they can easily be sliced ahead of time and placed in an airtight container. More Bundt Cake Recipes.

6. Oatmeal Bar Cookies

If it's one of those all-day picnics, having snacks is a must. I like Granola not only because it's filling, but it's healthy, too. More Sweet Snack Ideas.

You can never have too much fruit on a picnic. If you've got room in your cooler, you may want to bring a Fruit Salad too.
