Lemon Ice is a deliciously light sorbet.
Prep Time: 1 hour, 00 minute
Ingredients:
- 1-12 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
Preparation:
In food processor, process all ingredients until smooth. Pour into non-metallic 13 x 9 pan and freeze for 45 minutes. Pour mixture back in processor and mix again until smooth. Freeze for 8 hours. Use fork to scrape before serving.
