Cream puffs, also known as Profiteroles, are one of my daughter's favorite desserts. Seriously, how could you go wrong with a light pastry filled with cream and drizzled with chocolate.

January 9 - National Apricot Day

I'll admit I don't eat a lot of fresh apricots. I guess living in Georgia, I'm much more likely to grad a peach instead. The apricots I'm more likely to eat either come in cans or in a nice apricot jam.

January 10 - Bittersweet Chocolate Day

Although bittersweet chocolate has less sugar than semi-sweet chocolate, they both have the same amount of cacao (cocoa solids) in them. Dark chocolate has even less sugar, but has more cacao.
