Thanks to Paula H. for this bread pudding recipe. She says she prefers it served warm.

Cook Time: 1 hour, 00 minute
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 - 5 slices bread
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier or Amaretto
- dash of cinnamon
Preparation:
Beat everything except the bread in a blender; ingredients should come almost to the top if not add milk. Whip until frothy poor into a deep Pyrex dish preferably oval; soak bread and let rise to the top, sprinkle cinnamon and place in a larger pan with water at least 1-1.5 inches high. Bake at 360 for 1 hour. Light and very tasty.
