- 2-1/2 cups Homemade Vanilla Pudding
- 12 ounce box vanilla wafers (will probably only use about 1/2 the box)
- 2 large bananas
- Optional: 1 cup whipping cream
- Optional: 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup sugar
In a tall glass bowl, layer 1/3 of Homemade Vanilla Pudding
. Smooth top. Slice one banana evenly over top. Ring bowl with vanilla wafers, stuck half way down into pudding with rounded edge facing out. Add 1/2 of remaining pudding. Slice remaining banana evenly over top. Ring the bowl again with vanilla wafers. Add remaining vanilla pudding. Smooth surface. For optional topping, whip cream and sugar
until peaks form. Spoon over top of pudding. Smooth out. Add another ring of wafers. Chunk five or so wafers and sprinkle over top of pudding for decoration. If the additional whipped cream layer isn't used, do a final ring of wafers.
Cover and chill for 2 hours prior to serving.
