Prep Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 3/4 sour cream
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
- fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
Combine sour cream, sugar and ginger. Store in refrigerator.Just before serving, add strawberries to cream mixture. Spoon into dessert dishes. Garnish with mint leaves.
Makes four 2/3 C. servings.
For a fat free dessert, use fat free sour cream.
