I was at a friends home for dinner the other night and one of the other guests brought this delicious salad. It could easily be served as a light summer dessert.

Yield: 24 Servings
Ingredients:
- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 pounds seedless red grapes, washed, dried and stemmed
- 2 pounds seedless green grapes, washed, dried and stemmed
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted
Preparation:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add grapes and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Mix brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle over Grape Salad just before serving.
