How to Puree Kumquats

Pick and wash the kumquats. Cut them in half. Remove seeds. Place kumquats in food processor. Process. Use in recipes as necessary.

Freeze kumquat puree in resealable freezer bags. If using frozen puree, be sure to defrost first and drain any excess juice before adding to other ingredients.
