- 1 cup (1/2 pound) butter
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 4 medium to large peaches (peeled, pitted and quartered)
- 2- 4 serving size - packages crescent rolls
- 12 ounces ginger-flavored soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease jelly roll or similar low sided pan. Melt butter. Stir in sugar and grounded ginger. Unroll crescent rolls. Roll-up a peach quarter in each crescent roll. Start with short side ending with a point on top. Place in prepared pan. Pour butter mixture over crescents in pan. Next, pour ginger-flavored soda over top. Bake for 350 degrees for 37 to 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream for dessert or alone for breakfast.
