Ingredients:
- One Pillsbury® Sugar-Free Classic Yellow Premium Cake Mix
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 2 egg whites
- 12-ounce can sugar free lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup blueberries, stemmed, washed and drained
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan. Mix together all the ingredients except the blueberries. Mix on low for one minutes. Mix on medium for 2 more minutes. Hand stir in blueberries. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 30 minutes. If desired, top with whipped cream sweetened with artificial sweetener.
