There are only four ingredients in this recipe for refreshing Raspberry Sherbet.

- 4 cups raspberries, clean and dry
- juice 1 lemon
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
Puree raspberries. (I used a blender, but a food processor works as well.) Strain puree to remove seeds. Add lemon juice and sugar to raspberries. Mix with hand mixer. Add milk. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Make
according to your ice cream freezer's directions.
