Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Here is a simple recipe for Peanut Butter Ice Cream.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup light cream (half and half)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Freeze according to ice cream freezer directions.

Makes 1 quart.
