Measuring Flour

When There's More Than 1 Cup

As you can see, it's easy to see how much flour has been measured.

How many times have you had to re-measure flour when making a recipe? To help you keep better count next time, just dump-out each cup of flour in a different place in the mixing bowl. This way you can just look in the bowl and see how much flour you've added. This, of course, will work with other dried ingredients like baking powder and baking soda too.
