Cutting Candied Fruit

Cutting candied fruit can be difficult because it is so sticky. To save yourself from getting sticky fingers and a sticky knife, dip the knife and your fingers in cold water periodically. As you can see in the photo, I place a small bowl of cold water conveniently near me while I'm cutting.
