Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls made a great Halloween Treat.

Total Time: 25 minutes
Yield: 30 balls
Ingredients:
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2-1/2 quarts (10 cups) popped popcorn*
- 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
Line large, resealable plastic storage container with waxed paper. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Form into 1-1/2 inch sized balls. Place in prepared container. Refrigerate while melting chocolate chips in double boiler. Remove Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls from refrigerator. Drizzle chocolate over balls and return to fridge for hardening. Makes about 30 balls.
*I found that most regular-sized bags of microwave popcorn make about 12 cups of popped corn.
