Hard Sauce is wonderful dessert sauce served on desserts like bread and steamed puddings, cakes and even ice cream.

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 3 tablespoons Brandy, rum or any liqueurs
Preparation:
Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and liquor. Beat until smooth.
