Guide Review - KitchenAid Stand Mixer

My Absolute Favorite Kitchen Appliance

I've had "Ole Bluey" (yes, I named my mixer) for over 13 years. My mother had one, too. This is the most reliable machine in my kitchen. I always know that whatever I'm mixing, it will be done to perfection. Creaming butter and cream cheese for a cheesecake is a breeze. Mixing batches of thick cookie dough, no problem. It's the same with bread dough. Making whipped cream is a dream. I pour cream in the bowl, and turn the machine on. I can go away for a few minutes only to come back to a bowl full of whipped cream. Clean-up is so easy. The bowl and the attachments can go in the dishwasher, but there is so little clean-up it can be done by hand, too. This is the best kitchen appliance you'll ever purchase. It's sturdy. It's powerful, and it looks fabulous on the kitchen counter. It's a timesaver. It's a personal energy saver, too.
