- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 3-ounce package gelatin, your favorite flavor
- 1/2 cup cold water
- ice cubes
- 1/2 cup thawed non-dairy whipped topping
Pour boiling water into blender. Add gelatin. Cover and blend at low speed until dissolved, about 30 seconds. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1-1/4 cup. Add to gelatin and stir until ice is almost melted. Add whipped topping; blend at top speed for 30 seconds. Pour into tall-stemmed glasses or tall and narrow glass bowl. Chill for 30 minutes. Layers begin to show up as dessert chills. Garnish with coordinating fruit if desired.
