Ingredients:
- 3-ounce package gelatin, your flavorite flavor
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups ice cream or sherbet, any flavor
Preparation:
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Be sure to stir for 2 minutes. Add ice cream or sherbet by the spoonful, stirring until melted. Pour into individual dessert glasses or serving bowl. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Garnish as desired.
Flavor Variations
Vanilla Ice Cream and Orange flavored gelatin, it would be like an Orange Julius or Dreamsicle. Berry Blue with Vanilla (my daughter's favorite). Any flavored sherbet with the corresponding flavor. Let your taste buds be your guide.
