Gelatin Squares (a.k.a. Jigglers) are so easy to make and kids just love them.
Prep Time: 3 hours
Cook Time: 3 minutes
Total Time: 3 hours, 3 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 cups boiling water or boiled apple juice
- 2- 4 ounce or 1- 8 ounce package of your favorite flavor gelatin
Preparation:
Stir boiling water into gelatin for at least 3 minutes or until completely dissolved. Pour into 13x9 pan. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Dip bottom of pan in warm water for about 15 seconds. Cut into decorative shapes with cookie cutters all the way through gelatin or cut into 1-inch squares. Lift from pan.
Note: Recipe may be halved using an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
