Crisp rice cereal makes this fudge crunchy.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 ounces (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
Preparation:
Into a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter, chips, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar until well mixted. Add cereal. Stir until evenly coated. Press mixture into 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
