Presentation is everything when plating food. I took this plate of fruit to my daughter's school to serve to her class while showing them how to cut different tropical fruits. The class had just finished eating a big lunch, and I didn't think they'd eat any of my fruit. I was wrong. The plate looked so appealing that they just couldn't resist.

The next time you put bite-sized pieces of fruit on a plate be sure to combine different colored-fruit. It makes it much more desirable.
