Ingredients:
- 2 slices prepared pound cake, toasted and cooled
- 1 cup Starbucks® Peppermint Mocha Ice Cream
- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- 1/4 cup Starbucks® Caramel Sauce, heated
Preparation:
Arrange toasted cake slices on aluminum-foil-lined baking sheet. Top each with 1/2 cup Starbucks® Peppermint Mocha Ice Cream. Freeze 20 minutes.
Scoop 1/2 cup marshmallow creme onto each Ice Cream ball using rubber spatula sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spread creme with small spatula or knife dipped in water to cover Ice Cream completely. Broil 1 minute or until lightly golden, or freeze until ready to broil. Drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish Peppermint Mocha Baked Alaskas, if desired, with mint.
