Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound powdered sugar (XXXX Confectioner's Sugar)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup solid shortening
Preparation:
Mix all the above ingredients together and spread on a cool cake. This recipe is very old, but I use it on my wedding cakes and just cakes for the children.You may a cocoa to it to change the style. If you do you will need to add a little more Crisco!
