The vanilla really enhances the flavor of this frosting.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (4 ounces) butter, softened
- 8 ounce bar cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 pound box powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation:
Cream butter and cheese. Add vanilla. Add sifted powdered sugar and whip until completely combined. Cakes made with cream cheese frosting should be kept in the refrigerator.
