Cream Cheese Frosting is probably my favorite for icing cakes.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) butter, softened
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pound box powdered sugar

Preparation:

Cream butter and cream cheese. Beat in the sugar. Use on a cooled 2-layer cake.<p>Icing Cakes.
