This recipe for Chocolate Glaze is just a little something to make any cake taste better.

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
In large microwavable bowl, melt chocolate, water and butter. Microwave for 1 minutes. Stir. If necessary, microwave in 10 second increments until melted. Stir in vanilla. Add sugar and salt. If a thinner glaze is desired, add hot water a tablespoon at a time.
Makes 3/4 cup.
