There's a rule. If there aren't enough eggs for everyone, then it's time to make French Toast. Even better add to that I had an almost stale French Bread loaf half and some aging eggnog; voilà! it's Eggnog French Toast.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

- 6 to 8-inch day old loaf French Bread, cut into 1-inch slices
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup (apprx.) eggnog
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- oil for pan
