Rum Butter goes perfect on your favorite biscuit or scone recipe. It makes a great homemade gift too.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
Preparation:
Cream butter with rest of ingredients. Store in refrigerator. Allow to soften slightly before serving.
