Ginger Peach Butter is perfect on fresh baked bread.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 C. (cup) butter, softened
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 3/4 t. (teaspoon) chopped crystallized ginger
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/4 C. mashed ripe peaches
Preparation:
Beat butter until fluffy. Stir in rest of ingredients until combined. Store in refrigerator.
