Crockpot Bread Pudding

This recipe can be baked in a crockpot without the insert or coffee can.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 3 hours, 00 minute

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups 1/2 inch cubes stale bread or cake
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Preparation:

Beat sugar, nutmeg, milk and eggs. Completely combine. Put cubes in buttered crockpot. Pour egg mixture over them. Allow to stand until liquid is absorbed. Mix in raisins. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.
