Key Lime Pie is my favorite cream pie.

Total Time: 25 minutes
Yield: Makes One - 9-inch pie
Ingredients:
- 1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup Key Lime juice
- 9-inch baked pie shell
Preparation:
Beat first three ingredients until thickened. Pour into pie shell. Top with either meringue or whipped cream. Serve cold.
