- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease large cookie sheet. Mix together egg and sugar. Add vanilla. Blend in peanut butter until all combined. Scoop heaping teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
