Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Mix Cookies

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Mix Cookies start with a yellow cake mix.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 18.25 yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation:

Gently mix. Drop by teaspoon in powder sugar and roll into ball. Bake on greased cookie sheet for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Do not over bake. Cool and store in tight covered tin or plastic container.
