Ingredients:
- 1 - 18 ounce lemon cake mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 - 8 ounce container whipped topping
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Gently mix. Drop by teaspoon in powder sugar and roll into ball. Bake for about 10 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool and store in tight covered tin or plastic container.
