The three ingredients in the Cookies and Cream Log will dazzle your friends.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
- 1-1/2 cups (about 9 ounces) chopped chocolate peanut cluster candy
- 9 ounce box chocolate wafer cookies
Preparation:
Fold 1 cup of candy into whipped cream. Spread tops of wafers with 1 tablespoon of cream mixture. Make stacks of four or five cookies, stand them on edge on serving plate. Continue to make one long log. Frost outside of log with rest of cream mixture. Sprinkle top with rest of candy. Chill at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours before serving. Slice diagonally for serving.
