Ingredients:
- 18 ounce yellow, white or butter cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, cold, cut into small squares
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 large tart apples, cored, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 9x13 baking pan. Crumble cake mix, butter and coconut together. Sprinkle into prepared baking pan. Press down into even layer. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread sliced apples over crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Beat egg and sour cream. Drizzle over apples. Bake for 25 more minutes.
