I've never really understood the fascination associated with White Chocolate, even though I've fallen for its charm as well. White Chocolate isn't even real chocolate. It's made from milk, sugar and cocoa butter. There are no cocoa solids, which would make it a "real" chocolate. Still, people just light-up when they hear the term "White Chocolate" associated with a sweet treat. I know I get excited when someone is offering White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies.
