You get both chocolate and cheesecake satisfaction in these Chocolate Cheesecake Bars.

Ingredients:
- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, cold
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts, lightly toasted
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 13x9 baking pan. With a wire whisk, stir together flour, sugar and cocoa powder. Use a pastry blender to blend in butter until coarse crumbs form. Set aside 1-1/2 cups of mixture. Press remaining amount into prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
While crust is baking, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Mix until combined completely. Pour into baked crust.
Mix remaining crumbs with chips and nuts. Sprinkle over top of cream cheese mixture. With hands, press down lightly.
Bake for 25 minutes. Place on wire rack to cool. Once cool cut into 24 pieces. Store in fridge.
