Nut Rocca Candy can be made with toasted almonds, pecans or walnuts.

Cook Time: 07 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almonds, walnuts or pecans lightly toasted and chopped
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) butter
- 1/2 cup (3 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
Butter 9-inch square pan. Spread nuts in bottom. In medium saucepan, heat sugar and butter to boiling. Be careful to not burn. Stir constantly for 7 minutes. Immediately spread mixture over nuts. Evenly sprinkle chips on top. Cover pan to allow contained heat to melt chocolate. Spread melted chocolate over candy. Cut into 1-1/2 inch squares while still hot. Chill until firm.
