Here's a recipe for a messy, but great tasting cereal snack. It would also make a great food to give away in a pretty jar.
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 14 ounce package corn, rice or wheat square-shaped cereal
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
Place cereal in large bowl. Dump in large resealable plastic bag. Melt butter, peanut butter and chips in a double boiler. Stir until smooth. Pour over cereal. Stir to coat. Add coated cereal to bag of powdered sugar. Shake.
