Marble Bark - Two Types of Chocolates with Nuts

Not only are there only 3 ingredients in this recipe, but using the microwave makes it even easier. Don't forget Marble Bark is perfect for homemade gift giving.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 6 ounces white baking chocolate
  • 1 cup nuts*
  • ---
  • * use either
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, lightly toasted, divided or
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts, divided

Preparation:

Microwave chocolates in separate microwavable bowls on HIGH 2 minutes or until chocolates are almost melted. Stir after 1 minute. Stir again until chocolates are completely melted. Divide nuts between 2 bowls. Stir. Alternately spoon melted chocolates onto wax paper-lined baking sheet. Swirl chocolates with knife several times for marble effect. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container at a cool temperature.
