Cook Time: 45 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour, 5 minutes

Yield: 16 to 20 Servings

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, lightly toasted

  • 3 large eggs
  • ---
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pound powdered sugar

Too much Sugar, Member lefturnracr

I cut the sugar in half the second time and the chocolate taste was so much better. I also used walnuts because I didn't have pecans.
