Ingredients:
- 18 ounce cake mix
- 15 ounce can fruit cocktail
- 3 eggs
- juice and zest of 2 oranges, divided
- 4 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 12 cup bundt cake pan. In large bowl, place all ingredients except orange. Add 1/2 of orange juice and zest. Using hand mixer, combine all ingredients. Spoon cake batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Cook cake in pan on wire rack for 45 minutes. Remove to serving plate.Make glaze by combining rest of orange juice and zest with powdered sugar. If glaze too wet add more sugar. If too dry add more juice, if possible, or a little water. Once glaze is completely combined, drizzle over cake.
Serve with whipped or ice cream.
