So Wonderful! A HIT!, Member missmommy6

I was hesitant about making homemade brownies, I'd never done it before. So when I saw this one I figured I'd give it a shot. I needed brownies for a bake sale during our Relay For Life event. So I made these and I made a batch from a box. the difference was AMAZING! I will NEVER EVER make brownies from a box again! These turned out fudgey but light and melt in your mouth good! They were a hit at the event, sold out in the first hour! Word got around the track and everyone wanted them!! I did make some slight changes....I bumped the flour up to 1 1/4 cup, because they seemed just a little bit wet...and the cocoa powder I bumped up to 3/4 of a cup. Next time I make these I am going to do them ""rocky road"""" style for my Mom...she loves that. And I'm going to include this recipe with the pan of them so she won't ever use a box mix again!!
